What's the difference between Standard and Advanced padding?

Standard Padding includes a soft adjustable velcro foam insert. Advanced Padding includes a new durable hard foam insert with U-pin clips to increase protection and durability.

 

Can I bring my case as carry-on luggage in flight?

The Kolab Creator Case is within the dimension and weight of most airlines for carry-on limit however, the weight limit may vary between different airlines, so it's best to check with your flight provider. Our battery is within the allowed power output for carry-on.

 

Do we ship internationally?

We currently only sell within Australia but will expand to international customers in the near future.

 

Shipping & Warranty

Shipping in Australia can take between 3-10 days, depending on metro or rural deliveries. Our cases are covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty (see details), our batteries and GPS tracking are covered for up to 1 year from the purchase date.
